本文对实验室建立的成幼分养法养殖家鼠蚤的品质进行评估。印鼠客蚤平均产卵为2.2096~2.3277粒卵/♀.d;变异系数:繁殖力为17.42%;成蚤体重在饥饿状态下♀为10.57%、♂12.36%,吸血后♀12.15%、♂9.71%;计算成虫寿命的变异系数饥饿幼龄蚤为6~31(19.9)d,成龄蚤5~31(17.4)d;吸血成蚤2~377(172.4)d。缓慢细蚤平均产卵2.7461~6.8562粒卵/♀。d;变异系数:繁殖力为22.32%;成蚤体重在饥饿时♀13.4%,♂19.35%;吸血后♀11.96%、♂12.16%;计算成蚤寿命的变异系数饥饿幼龄蚤是3~14(7.8)d,成龄蚤2~13(6.0)d;吸血成龄蚤6~127(52.0)d,除缓慢细蚤繁殖力变异系数大于20%外,各变异系数均未超过20%,表明本实验室建立的技术可靠,养殖的家鼠蚤品质良好。
