采用KOH对多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)进行活化,并利用拉曼光谱、XRD、SEM对活化后的碳纳米管的结构进行研究,结果表明活化后MWCNTs被截短,其基本结构未被破坏与未经活化的MWCNTs结构一致,;利用N2等温吸附曲线分析了活化后的碳纳米管的孔结构和比面积的变化,结果表明活化后的碳纳米管的比表面增加了,孔结构也更加较丰富;同时利用TG-MS对KOH活化碳纳米管的机理进行了探讨。
The MWCNTs were activated by KOH, and the structures of the activated carbon nanotubes were investigated by Raman spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that the MWCNTs were truncated after activation and their basic structure was not destroyed Which is consistent with the structure of unactivated MWCNTs. The pore structure and specific area of the activated carbon nanotubes were analyzed by isothermal N2 adsorption curves. The results showed that the specific surface area of the activated carbon nanotubes increased and the pore structure was more More rich; at the same time using TG-MS KOH activation of carbon nanotubes mechanism were discussed.
