在“第三世界”国家中,拉美国家从50年代末就首先走上了经济一体化的道路。目前拉美有5个一体化集团:拉丁美洲一体化协会、安第斯小地区集团、中美洲共同市场、加勒比共同市场以及阿根廷与巴西一体化联盟。总起来说,在本地区33个国家中,有29个国家参加了这些一体化集团。在这些集团中,制订并运用经济一体化的各种机制已经很久了。其中值得研究的一些机制有:相互贸易的自由化计划、工业一体化和金融合作的特殊机
Among the “Third World” countries, Latin American countries have embarked on the path of economic integration first from the late 1950s. There are currently five integrated groups in Latin America: the Latin American Integration Association, the Andean Small-Regional Group, the Central American Common Market, the Caribbean Common Market, and the Argentine-Brazilian Integration Union. In all, 29 of the 33 countries in the region are participating in these integrated groups. In these groups, it has been a long time since various mechanisms for economic integration were formulated and applied. Some of the mechanisms that deserve research are: special programs for liberalization of trade with each other, industrial integration and financial cooperation
