本文在回顾国内外相关文献、综合评述目前供应商选择方法的基础上,采用了熵权与TOPSIS相结合的制造业供应商选择评价方法。用熵权确定指标权重能够有效避免人的主观因素,并通过一个水泥机械生产企业的实例来说明此方法的实践意义。
Based on the reviews of domestic and foreign literatures and a comprehensive review of the current supplier selection methods, this paper adopts a method of selecting supplier selection based on the combination of entropy and TOPSIS. Determining index weights with entropy weights can effectively avoid subjective factors of human beings and illustrates the practical significance of this method through an example of a cement machinery manufacturing enterprise.
