《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》提出,要深化教育领域改革,大力促进教育公平,逐步缩小区域、城乡、校际差距,统筹城乡义务教育资源均衡配置。随着城镇化建设进程加快及进城务工人员子女就近入学政策的施行,桂林市义务教育“入学难”问题日趋突出。对此,本文以财政视角,就桂林市如何进一步办好人民满意的义务教育、支持义务教育事业可持续健康发展等问题,提出相关措施与建议。 The Decision of the CPC Central Committee and Central Committee on Several Issues concerning the Overall Deepening of Reform Proposes that the reform in education should be deepened to promote education fairness and to gradually narrow the regional, urban-rural-rural and inter-school differences and to make a balanced arrangement of resources for compulsory education in urban and rural areas.
