材料和方法:1981年1月~1985年7月1100例具有川崎氏病病史的患儿作了选择性冠状动脉造影(SCA).造影时年龄为4个月~13岁.每例患儿先作右、左心导管术,后作 SCA.有心肌梗塞史、二尖瓣返流和/或心室壁活动异常时,则同时作左室造影,必要时也作腹主和锁骨下动脉造影.结果和讨论:1100例中发现冠状动脉病变262例,发生率为23.8%.病变类型包括:闭塞20例(7.6%),节段性狭窄15例(5.7%),局限性狭
Materials and Methods: Selective coronary angiography (SCA) was performed in 1,100 children with a history of Kawasaki disease from January 1981 to July 1985 with a mean age of 4 months to 13 years at angiography.
