政治上靠得住、宗教上有造诣、品德上能服众、关键时起作用是宗教教职人员教育培养的目标和方向。改革开放以来,宁夏回族自治区积极探索宗教教职人员队伍建设的新路径取得了一定实效,该地区宗教教职人员队伍的整体素质较过去有了很大提高,但目前仍难以适应时代发展的要求。拓宽宗教教职人员教育培养的渠道,推进国民教育和宗教教育有机衔接是提升宗教教职人员队伍素质的有效机制。
Politically reliable, religious attainments, moral superiority, the key role is the education and training of religious personnel the goal and direction. Since the reform and opening up, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region has made some positive achievements in actively exploring the new path of religious personnel construction. The overall quality of religious staff in this area has greatly improved over the past, but it is still difficult to meet the requirements of the development of the times .
