控制性超促排卵(COH)使雌、孕激素异常升高,影响了子宫内膜形态、组织结构、激素受体、旁分泌以及免疫环境。使种植窗提前开放,导致子宫内膜与胚胎发育不同步,子宫内膜接受性下降,胚胎植入障碍,妊娠率低下。该文就COH中不同雌、孕激素对种植窗期子宫内膜形态、子宫内膜组织结构的、激素受体表达、旁分泌功能的免疫功能的等方面影响,以便密切监测并适当调整雌、孕激素水平,以提高体外受精,移植胚胎的植入率进行综述。
Controlled ovulation hyperstimulation (COH) so that abnormal estrogen and progesterone, affecting the endometrial morphology, tissue structure, hormone receptors, paracrine and immune environment. The opening of planting window in advance, leading to endometrial and embryonic development is not synchronized, endometrial receptivity decreased, embryo implantation disorders, pregnancy rate is low. In this paper, different estrogen and progesterone on COH in the implantation of window endometrial morphology, endometrial tissue structure, hormone receptor expression, paracrine function of immune function and other aspects, in order to closely monitor and properly adjust the female, Progesterone levels in order to improve in vitro fertilization, implantation rate of transplanted embryos are reviewed.
