目的探讨低温等离子灭菌器在鼻咽喉动力系统灭菌中的应用和效果。方法根据低温等离子体灭菌器的灭菌原理及对鼻咽喉动力系统的灭菌要求,将鼻内镜手术使用后的动力系统进行清洗、打包、灭菌,并对灭菌效果进行监测。结果使用低温等离子体灭菌后动力系统包装袋化学指示卡、化学指示条变色,生物培养监测均为阴性。结论采用低温等离子体灭菌保证了鼻咽喉动力系统的灭菌安全,灭菌时间短,对精密器械损伤小,不仅提高了手术效率,还防止病人之间的交叉感染。
Objective To investigate the application and effect of low temperature plasma sterilizer in the sterilization of nasopharyngeal throat power system. Methods According to the sterilizing principle of low temperature plasma sterilizer and the sterilization requirements of the nasopharyngeal throat power system, the dynamic system after endoscopic sinus surgery was cleaned, packaged and sterilized, and the sterilization effect was monitored. Results After using low-temperature plasma sterilization power system bag chemical indicator, chemical indicator discoloration, biological culture monitoring were negative. Conclusion Low temperature plasma sterilization ensures the safety of nasopharyngeal throat power system sterilization, sterilization time is short, less damage to precision instruments, not only improve the efficiency of surgery, but also to prevent cross-infection between patients.
