绿色创新效率是一种考虑资源与环境代价的综合创新效率,研究我国各区域的绿色创新效率对各区域创新发展和可持续发展有重要意义。在引入能耗和环境因素等指标的情况下,运用带有非期望产出的SBM模型测量2009-2013年我国各区域的绿色创新效率发现:各地区的绿色创新效率值呈上升趋势,但是区域差异性明显,东部、中部、西部地区的绿色创新效率值依次递减,应当采取差异政策促进区域绿色创新效率持续提升,低效率地区尤其需要突破环境污染和管理效率低下两大问题,需要在更高平台上提升创新效率。
Green innovation efficiency is a comprehensive innovation efficiency that takes into account the cost of resources and the environment. Studying the efficiency of green innovation in all regions of our country is of great significance to the innovation, development and sustainable development of all regions. Using the SBM model with non-expected output to measure the efficiency of green innovation in all regions of China from 2009 to 2013, we found that the efficiency of green innovation in all regions showed an upward trend, but the regional The difference is obvious.
