1963年Wade介绍用皮肤切刮法涂片查菌来估计麻风病人细菌情况.用细菌指数(BI)对涂片部位细菌作半定量的估计;以形态指数(MI)评价化疗效果和早期发现麻风杆菌对抗麻风药物产生耐药性.为了对药物疗效作出正确的评价必须使研究方法标准化.本文研究未治瘤型麻风病人不同部位涂片BI和MI的差别,并建议以BI和MI最高的6个部位作为皮肤切刮法涂片查菌的标准部位.
