走在北京西城区的佟麟阁路上,思绪不禁回到了那个硝烟弥漫的战场,和那个风雨如晦的年代。七十八年前的卢沟桥畔,日寇的铁蹄踏过桥面发出震耳欲聋的声响,一位将军声嘶力竭地吼出了“誓与卢沟共存亡”。他,就是抗战殉国的第一位高级将领,佟麟阁。1937年7月28日,卢沟桥炮声隆隆、火光冲天,佟麟阁带领将士浴血杀敌、奋勇抵抗,最终不敌敌人陆空夹击的猛烈炮火,光荣殉国。几个世纪以来,卢沟桥立在那里,见证了中华大地的白云苍狗、兴衰更替,也见证了佟麟阁将军金戈铁马、血战沙场的壮烈场景。

For several centuries, the Lugou Bridge stood there and witnessed the white cloud of dogs in the land of China rising and falling as well as witnessing the heroic scene of General Tong Linge, a bloody battlefield.
