本文首先介绍了供应链、绿色供应链及管理、绿色供应商的相关概念,说明了绿色供应商对企业竞争优势的作用;然后介绍了绿色供应商选择的体系架构,包括选择的步骤、原则和评价指标,为后面的选择和评价方法提供依据;最后通过模糊多层次综合评价法和生命周期理论来选择合理的绿色供应商。
This article first introduced the related concepts of supply chain, green supply chain and management, and green suppliers, and explained the role of green suppliers in the competitive advantage of enterprises; then it introduced the system structure of green supplier selection, including the steps and principles of selection. The evaluation index provides the basis for the following selection and evaluation methods. Finally, a reasonable green supplier is selected through a fuzzy multi-level comprehensive evaluation method and life cycle theory.
