据不完全统计,美国每天要召开1100万次各种会议,经理们花在会议上的时间要占工作时间的40%—70%。据此推算,我国每天召开各种会议的次数将是1100万次的十几倍,如果说要入选吉尼斯世界大全,也算是中国特色了吧。中国的会议可谓名目繁多,什么交流、评比,发布、达标、颁奖、高级论坛、培训、学习、年会等等。文山会海,压得人们喘不过气来。于是,睡会也就成了“风景线”。有专家说:如果你把所有时间的1/4耗费在会议上,那你所在的组织一定要想办法改进会议的方式。
