设计施工企业涉及的业务范围越来越广,不仅包括设计工程,其工程总承包业务的发展态势良好,日益成为设计施工企业的重要业务之一。设计施工企业要提高市场竞争力,必须优化对预算和成本的管控,防范项目的风险,实现利润最大化。目前很多企业的成本管理的程序内容比较混乱,对于施工阶段的人力物力等费用缺乏有效的控制措施。而且大部分的设计施工企业对成本预算的控制未能完全贯穿于项目的全过程,通常是静态式管理,项目的损益状况只有在项目完工结算以后才确定。文章通过分析设计施工企业预算与成本管控的重要意义,探讨企业如何能够更好地实施对项目全过程的预算成本的动态式管控,帮助设计施工企业规范成本预算管理,提高企业的经济效益,促进其可持续发展。
Design and construction companies involved in an increasingly wide range of business, including not only design projects, engineering general contracting business in a good momentum of development, has increasingly become one of the important business design and construction companies. By analyzing the importance of budget and cost control in design and construction enterprises, this paper discusses how enterprises can better implement the dynamic budget control and control over the whole process of the project, helps design and construction enterprises to regulate the cost budget management, enhance the economic benefits of enterprises, and promote Its sustainable development.
