新建应用型本科院校处于转型期,人才培养目标已经定位即应用型人才。但是,英语专业学生的现状距离应用型人才目标还有一定差距,综合技能不好,社会适应能力欠佳,就业前景不容乐观。此外,英语专业教师团队难以随时关注日新月异的岗位工作内容的变化,缺乏实践经验,教学内容和工作岗位有明显脱节。此次研究就是探讨校企合作模式,提高师生的英语实践合社会适应能力。
New applied undergraduate colleges are in the transitional period, and the goal of personnel training has been defined as applied talents. However, there is still a gap between the current situation of English majors and the target of applied talents. The combination of skills is not good and social adaptability is not good, so the employment prospect is not optimistic. In addition, the English professional teachers’ team is hard to keep an eye on the changes in the work content of a rapidly changing post, lacking in practical experience, and the teaching content is clearly out of touch with the jobs. The study is to explore the school-enterprise cooperation model to improve teachers and students in English practice and social adaptability.
