建立了高效制备三维有序聚苯乙烯胶体晶体的方法——一步乳液聚合自组装法。用此方法制备出粒径为180~320 nm的三维有序聚苯乙烯胶体晶体,并且聚苯乙烯微球在聚合完全时已完成自组装,省去以往报道中的后续自组装工艺。阐述了乳化剂用量对聚苯乙烯胶粒在乳液中自组装的影响,同时考察了乳化剂和引发剂用量分别对聚苯乙烯胶粒粒径的影响。结果表明:聚苯乙烯胶体晶体的三维有序性受乳化剂用量的影响较大;聚苯乙烯胶粒粒径在一定范围内随乳化剂用量的增加而减小;而聚苯乙烯胶粒粒径随着引发剂用量的增加而变大,但变化幅度不大。
An efficient method for the preparation of 3D ordered polystyrene colloidal crystals was established - one-step emulsion polymerization self-assembly method. The three-dimensionally ordered polystyrene colloidal crystals with a particle size of 180-320 nm were prepared by this method. The polystyrene microspheres had been self-assembled at the completion of polymerization, omitting the subsequent self-assembly process reported in previous reports. The influence of the amount of emulsifier on the self-assembly of polystyrene latex particles in emulsion was also discussed. At the same time, the effects of emulsifier and initiator on the particle size of polystyrene latex were investigated respectively. The results showed that the three-dimensional orderliness of polystyrene colloidal crystals was greatly affected by the amount of emulsifier. The particle size of polystyrene colloid decreased with the increase of emulsifier within a certain range. The polystyrene colloidal particles The diameter increased with the increase of initiator dosage, but the change range was not big.
