目的比较老鼠瓜全果和种子的水、乙醇提取物对完全佐剂诱导的风湿性关节炎大鼠的影响。方法采用完全佐剂诱导法建立风湿性关节炎大鼠模型,设立正常组、模型组、扶他林组、老鼠瓜全果水提组、全果醇提组和种子水提组、种子醇提组,观察各组大鼠继发侧足厚度、关节炎指数及血清中的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平,评价不同提取物的药理作用。结果与模型组相比,各治疗组大鼠佐剂性关节炎继发性足踝肿胀程度明显减轻(P<0.05~0.01),关节指数显著下降(P<0.05),血清中IL-1β和TNF-α水平显著降低(P<0.05~0.01)。结论老鼠瓜各提取物均能有效地阻止佐剂性关节炎大鼠免疫性炎症的发展。
Objective To compare the effects of water and ethanol extract from whole melon and seeds of Rana melon on the adjuvant-induced rheumatoid arthritis in rats. Methods The model of rheumatoid arthritis was established by the method of complete adjuvant induction. The rats in normal group, model group, fadarin group, watermelon group, The thickness of secondary sidefoot, the arthritis index and the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) in serum of the rats in each group were observed to evaluate the pharmacological effects of different extracts. Results Compared with the model group, the degree of secondary ankle swelling in adjuvant arthritis group was significantly reduced (P <0.05-0.01) and the joint index was significantly decreased (P <0.05). The levels of IL-1β and TNF-α levels were significantly lower (P <0.05 ~ 0.01). Conclusion All extracts of rat melon can effectively prevent the development of autoimmune inflammation in adjuvant arthritis rats.
