医院概况怀化市第二人民医院始建于1944年,前身为湖南省洪江医院,现己发展成为拥有怀化总院、洪江医院、靖州医院集医疗、教学、保健、科研于一体的大型现代化医疗集团。2010年经省、市批准,在怀化原综合医院的基础上成立了湖南省第二、怀化市第一所专治肿瘤的专科医院--怀化市肿瘤医院,并成为湖南省肿瘤医院技术指导医院,怀化市抗癌协会挂靠单位,2013年经省卫生厅批准设置为三级肿瘤医院,是目前怀化市唯一的三级肿瘤医院,是“全国百姓放心医院”“全国文明医院”。
The hospital profile Huaihua Second People’s Hospital was founded in 1944, formerly known as Hongjiang Hospital in Hunan Province, has now developed into a Huaihua headquarters, Hongjiang Hospital, Jingzhou Hospital set of medical, teaching, health, scientific research in one of the major modern medical group. In 2010, approved by the provincial and municipal governments, Huaihua Tumor Hospital, the second specialized hospital in Hunan Province and the first specialized hospital for cancer treatment in Huaihua City, was established on the basis of the Huaihua General Hospital. It became the leading hospital of Hunan Tumor Hospital , Huaihua Anti-Cancer Association affiliated units, in 2013 by the provincial Health Department approved the establishment of three tumor hospitals, is currently the only three-tier Cancer Hospital in Huaihua City, is the “National People’s Hospital” “National Civilized Hospital” .
