目的观察维吾尔医异常黑胆质型哮喘大鼠模型的心电图变化规律。方法选用55只SD大鼠,随机分为健康对照组、哮喘组、异常黑胆质证组和异常黑胆质型哮喘组4组;模型制备成功后用心电记录仪记录不同组别大鼠的心电图,并测量P波时限、P-R间期、QRS时限、Q-T间期等心电图指标,同时记录不同组别大鼠的体质量变化情况。结果异常黑胆质证组和异常黑胆质型哮喘组的体质量增长率明显低于健康对照组和哮喘组。异常黑胆质证组和异常黑胆质型哮喘组大鼠心电图的P波时限、Q-T间期明显延长,与健康对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);异常黑胆质型哮喘组大鼠心电图P-R间期延长,与健康对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但是异常黑胆质证组大鼠P-R间期没有发生变化,与健康对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);各组大鼠QRS时限均没有发生变化,与健康对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。单纯的哮喘组大鼠心电图参数没有发生变化,与健康对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论异常黑胆质证导致模型大鼠心电图显著改变,证候刺激造成心肌缺血的可能性较大。
Objective To observe the changes of electrocardiogram in Uygur anaphylactoid asthmatic rat model. Methods Fifty-five SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: healthy control group, asthma group, abnormal savda syndrome group and abnormal savda type asthma group. After successful model preparation, the electrocardiogram , And measured the P wave time limit, PR interval, QRS time limit, QT interval and other ECG indicators, while recording the different groups of rats body mass changes. Results The rate of weight gain in abnormal savda syndrome group and abnormal savda type asthma group was significantly lower than that in healthy control group and asthma group. The P wave duration and QT interval of ECG in abnormal savda syndrome group and abnormal savda type asthma group were significantly longer than those in healthy control group (P <0.05); abnormal savda type asthma group However, there was no difference in the PR interval between the abnormal savda syndrome group and the healthy control group (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the control group and the healthy control group (P> 0.05) P> 0.05). The QRS duration of rats in each group did not change, compared with the healthy control group, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Electrocardiogram parameters of pure asthma group rats did not change, compared with the healthy control group, no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion Abnormal savda syndrome leads to a significant change in the electrocardiogram of the model rats, and the possibility of myocardial ischemia caused by syndrome stimulation is greater.
