以10 000 t/d四效平流流程多效蒸馏海水淡化系统为对象,建立了系统火用数学模型,计算了系统火用利用率及蒸发器、蒸汽压缩喷射器和冷凝器等处的火用损失,并采用图像火用分析法直观表示出系统不同部位的火用损失情况。结果表明,该系统火用利用率为13.02%;最大火用损失位于蒸汽压缩喷射器,约占系统总火用损失的49%;冷凝器次之,与四效蒸发器总火用损失基本相同。
Taking the 10 000 t / d four-effect advection flow multi-effect distillation seawater desalination system as an example, a mathematical model of the system exergy was established, and the system’s exergy utilization rate, exergy, vapor compression ejector and condenser were calculated.
