对于人力资本的研究始于60年代初,在我国也已有十几年的历史,但长期以来一直把它作为一种生产要素来研究,即将之与资本、劳动力要素相并列,分析其在企业产出中定性与定量的作用。而实际上,人力资本对企业的影响远不止于它对产出的作用,它对企业的整个制度安排都带来了深刻的影响。本文正是将人力资本作为企业的一种制度要素来进行分析,探讨了它对于企业产权结构、法人治理结构和企业文化方面的影响。
Research on human capital began in the early 1960s, and it has also been around for more than 10 years in China. However, it has been studied as a production factor for a long time.
