学困问题给内地高职院校藏族大学生带来了心理压力和学业负担,影响藏族学生的学习积极性和顺利毕业。主要表现为迟到和旷课较多、课程平均绩点低、按时毕业率低和课程考试挂科率高等方面。原因在于部分藏族学生学习基础薄弱、生活环境不适应、语言障碍、教学评价标准不适等方面。为此,需要加强学习帮扶、培养其良好的学习习惯、明确学习目标、消除语言交流障碍和改进教学评价标准。
The problem of learning difficulties has brought psychological pressure and academic burden on Tibetan college students in higher vocational colleges in the Mainland, affecting the enthusiasm of Tibetan students and graduating smoothly. Mainly manifested as more late and absenteeism classes, the average low grade courses, on-time graduation rate and the suspension of course examination subjects higher rates. The reason is that some Tibetan students have weak learning foundation, living environment does not adapt, language barriers, and teaching evaluation criteria are not suitable. To this end, we need to strengthen learning support, develop their good learning habits, clear learning objectives, eliminate barriers to language exchange and improve teaching evaluation standards.
