《海关法》修改是世纪之交海关工作中的一件大事,是海关进一步完善法制建设和实施依法行政方略的重要步骤、是面对国际贸易的发展而促进公平竞争和提高贸易效率的重要改革、是整饬纪律和清腐肃贪的重要措施,受到了政府各部门和社会各界的广泛关注。现就《海关法》修改的有关问题作简单的解答,敬请关注。经由国务院常务会议讨论通过,并提请全国人大常委会审议并表决通过的《关于修改<中华人民共和国海关法>的决定》所修改的《中华人民共和国海关法》共9章102条,与现行《海关法》相比,增加了2章,42条,修改了27条(其中包括合并3条,拆解3条,删除1条)。
