From August 23 to 25, a State Council counselor’s research team led by Chen Guoxun, a counselor of the State Council and vice chairman of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, and deputy secretary of the party committee investigated the management of the system of rare earth metals in Ganzhou City.
