主要解决了准420 mm液压支架立柱的三维建模及受力分析;依据国内制定的有关液压支架立柱技术条件的相关标准,选取准420 mm立柱的1.5倍额定轴心载荷强度分析及1.1倍额定载荷、偏心30 mm屈曲分析2种方法进行计算机模拟仿真;通过对准420 mm立柱模拟仿真,不仅得出准420 mm立柱的应力和变形分布,而且得出该立柱的模拟状况;为立柱的设计提供理论依据。
