员工是企业的宝贵资源。员工的工作状态、思想状态与企业的发展息息相关,稳定的员工队伍思想状态是企业推进改革发展,实现战略目标的关键。本论文提出用改进LEC评价法建立员工思想动态预警机制的方法,为企业将准确把握员工思想动态,变被动处理为主动预警提供了途径。
Staff is a valuable resource for business. Staff’s working condition and ideological status are closely related to the development of the enterprise. The stable ideological status of the staff is the key to promote the reform and development and achieve the strategic goal. This paper puts forward a method of establishing employee dynamic dynamic early-warning mechanism by improving LEC evaluation method, which provides a way for enterprises to accurately grasp employee’s ideological dynamics and change passive treatment as active warning.
