本文报告球形晶状体短指型综合症2例。首次发现第一例右眼晶状体脱位,误诊为外伤性晶状体脱位,继发性青光眼,处理失败。当其左眼相继发生晶状体半脱位时,引起注意,经全身和眼部仔细检查,确诊为本病。第1例左眼和第2例双眼共3只眼,均摘出晶状体获得成功,控制眼压,保留视力。认为早期摘出晶状体,对本病继发性青光眼的治疗是有效的方法。
This article reports two cases of spherical lens short-finger syndrome. For the first time found the first case of right lens dislocation, misdiagnosed as traumatic lens dislocation, secondary glaucoma, the treatment failed. When its left eye lens subluxation occurred one after the other, causing attention, after careful examination of the whole body and eyes, diagnosed as the disease. The first case of the left eye and the second case of two eyes, a total of three eyes, were extracted lens success, control intraocular pressure, retain vision. That the early removal of the lens, the treatment of secondary glaucoma is an effective method.
