目的 观察母婴同室纯母乳喂养儿 (简称纯乳组 )出生 3天内的血糖水平值 ,并与混合喂养儿作为对照组 (简称混乳组 )血糖值对比。方法 正常足月新生儿 ,在生后 3天分别于 6h、2 4h、48h、72h进行动态血糖测定。结果 纯乳组和混乳组在生后 6h血糖测定值为 (3 36± 0 96 )mmol/L、(3 32± 0 94)mmol/L ;2 4h测定为 (3 34± 0 87)mmol/L、(3 35± 0 89)mmol/L ,两次监测差异均无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。于 48h测定纯乳组和混乳组血糖值为(2 6 9± 0 6 7) )mmol/L、(3 34± 0 83)mmol/L ,纯乳组血糖下降明显 (P <0 0 5 ) ,差异有显著性 ,但血糖值尚在正常范围之内。于生后 72h测定 ,纯乳组血糖值恢复至出生时水平 ,两组分别为 (3 2 4± 0 74)mmol/L、(3 36± 0 81)mmol/L。同时测定婴儿体重、黄疸等均无异常改变。结论 纯母乳喂养对新生儿血糖无明显影响
Objective To observe the blood sugar level within 3 days of birth in maternal and infant exclusive breastfeeding children (referred to as pure milk group), and to compare with the blood glucose level of mixed feeding children as the control group (referred to as the mixed milk group). Methods Normal term newborns were measured at 6h, 24h, 48h, 72h after birth. Results The blood glucose levels of pure milk group and mixed milk group were (36 ± 0 96) mmol / L, (3 32 ± 0 94) mmol / L at 6 h after birth and 34 34 ± 0 87 mmol / L and (355 ± 0 89) mmol / L, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two surveillances (P> 0.05). The blood glucose level of pure milk group and mixed milk group was (299 ± 0 6 7) mmol / L and (34 34 ± 0 83) mmol / L at 48h, and the blood glucose of pure milk group decreased significantly (P <0.05 ), The difference was significant, but the blood glucose level is still within the normal range. The blood glucose level of the pure milk group was restored to the level at birth at 72h after birth, and the difference was (3 2 4 ± 0 74) mmol / L and (3 36 ± 0 81) mmol / L respectively in the two groups. Simultaneous determination of infant weight, jaundice, etc. no abnormal changes. Conclusion Exclusive breastfeeding has no significant effect on neonatal blood glucose
