通过对819名不同性别、年级、专业、户口类型、家庭经济收入、父母学历、高考分数段以及选择大学因素的学生群体的教育服务质量满意度感知现状的问卷调查,发现不同学生群体对相同的教育服务满意度感知值不同。不同分值背后的原因有主客观两方面。为此,民办高职院校应尊重学生的性别差异,重视学生的家庭出身,关注学生的专业发展,加强学生的认同教育和学校的声誉建设,最终引导学生积极主动地选择民办高职院校。
Through the questionnaire survey of 819 perceived satisfaction with educational service quality of the student population of different gender, grade, profession, type of household registration, family income, parents’ education, college entrance examination scores and university choice, we found that different groups of students respond to the same The perceived value of education service satisfaction is different. The reasons behind the different scores have two subjective and objective aspects. To this end, private higher vocational colleges should respect the gender differences in students, attach importance to students ’family background, pay close attention to the professional development of students, strengthen students’ identity education and reputation building of schools, and ultimately guide students to actively choose privately- .
