山东县级经济管理研究会不久前在济南市章丘经济开发区召开了县级开发区建设理论研讨暨山东县级经济管理研究会理事会换届会议。山东省政协副主席李殿魁、济南市市长谢玉堂等省市级领导,以及省内部分知名专家、学者30余人出席了会议,探讨了县级经济开发区建设的发展方向、新的思路以及今后应注意的问题。 2000年,我省县级经济GDP总量占全省GDP总量的60％,工业增加值占全省50％以上,这充分说明县级经济在全省经济发展中的重要地位,而县级经济的发展离不开县级经济开发区的辐射和带动作用。从目前我国经济发展的现状看,加快县级经济开发区建设至少具
