钻孔、灌浆属于隐蔽工程,监测数据传递滞缓,质量监管困难,容易引起施工单位索赔,需通过工效测定解决合同计量支付。针对传统人工旁站测定费用高、周期长、数据稳定性差、对测定人员要求高等特点,提出了基于“互联网+”的预应力锚索施工工效测定方法,建立了测定系统。工程实例研究表明,该系统测定成本低,具有较好的经济效果;系统具有较强的复制性,可应用到各类工程施工工效测定中,测定成果可作为建设单位解决合同结算的依据;实现测定数据的自动采集和实时分析,减少人为干扰,保证数据的可靠性和稳定性,可在定额修编和测定中推广。
Drilling and grouting belong to concealed works, the monitoring data transmission is sluggish, the quality supervision is difficult, and it is easy to cause the construction unit to claim. It is necessary to solve the contract measurement and payment by ergonomic measurement. In view of the high cost, long cycle, poor data stability and high requirements of the surveyors, the traditional artificial side-by-side station measurement method is proposed. The measuring method of the prestressed anchor cable construction based on “Internet + ” is proposed and the measuring system is established. The engineering case study shows that the system has low cost and good economic effect. The system has strong replicability and can be applied to all kinds of engineering work efficiency measurement. The test results can be used as the basis for the construction unit to settle the contract settlement. Automatic measurement data acquisition and real-time analysis to reduce human interference, to ensure the reliability and stability of the data can be fixed in the revision and determination of the promotion.
