目的探讨颅内胚胎发育不良性神经上皮瘤(DNT)的影像表现,以期提高诊断水平。方法回顾分析13例经手术和病理证实的颅内胚胎发育不良性神经上皮瘤的影像表现,并与手术病理相对照。全部病例行MRI平扫与增强扫描,其中6例行CT平扫,3例行18F-FDG正电子发射体层摄影(PET)检查。结果颞叶8例,额叶3例,顶叶及四脑室底各1例,病变位于皮层及皮层下区。MRI平扫呈均匀或不均匀长T1、长T2信号,增强扫描12例无明显强化,1例仅见结节状强化。CT平扫4例呈均匀低密度,2例呈低、等混杂密度;PET检查3例均呈低代谢改变。结论颅内胚胎发育不良性神经上皮瘤的影像表现有一定特点,综合影像学检查有助于该病的诊断。
Objective To investigate the imaging manifestations of intracranial embryonic hypoplasia (DNT) in order to improve the diagnostic level. Methods Retrospective analysis of 13 cases of surgically and pathologically confirmed intracranial embryonic dysplastic neuroepithelioma image performance, and surgical pathology in control. All patients underwent MRI plain scan and enhanced scan, including 6 cases of CT plain scan and 3 cases of 18F-FDG positron emission tomography (PET). Results There were 8 cases of temporal lobe, 3 cases of frontal lobe, 1 case of parietal lobe and the fourth ventricle. The lesions were located in the cortex and subcortex. MRI showed uniform or non-uniform long-T1, long T2 signals, enhanced scan in 12 cases without significant enhancement, only 1 case of nodular enhancement. CT scan 4 cases were uniform low density, 2 cases were low, such as miscellaneous density; PET examination of 3 cases showed low metabolic changes. Conclusion Intracranial embryonic dysplastic neuroepithelioma has some characteristics of imaging. The comprehensive imaging examination is helpful to the diagnosis of the disease.
