腹部巨大囊肿在临床工作中比较少见,CT诊断囊肿并不困难,关键是囊肿巨大,推移脏器或占据整个腹部和盆腔,对囊肿的来源确诊是非常困难的,我们遇到6例腹部巨大囊肿病例,报告如下。1临床资料本组6例患者,卵巢囊肿3例,恶性间质瘤、胰腺囊肿和肾上腺囊肿各1例,均为手术后病理证实。1
