目的:建立斑蝥药材气相色谱(GC)特征图谱。方法:以广西产斑蝥为研究对象,采用GC法,选择Agilent 6890N气相色谱仪,ChemStations工作站;INNOWAX(30m×0.32mm×0.5μm)色谱柱;气化温度230℃,柱温210℃;FID检测:230℃。采用中国药典委员会出版的中药色谱特征图谱相似度评价系统软件(版本:2004A)进行相似度计算。结果:运用此方法能很好的分离斑蝥的各种成分,通过软件的比较,斑蝥药材的特征图谱相似度均大于0.90。结论:所建立的方法可作为斑蝥药材的特征图谱。
Objective: To establish the gas chromatogram (GC) of Cantharidaca medicinal materials. Methods: The genus Cantharis was taken as the research object. GC was used to select the Agilent 6890N gas chromatograph, ChemStations workstation; INNOWAX (30m × 0.32mm × 0.5μm) column; the gasification temperature was 230 ℃ and the column temperature was 210 ℃; : 230 ° C. Similarity calculation was performed by using the similarity evaluation system of Chinese traditional medicine chromatogram (version: 2004A) published by the Chinese Pharmacopoeia Commission. Results: Using this method, the various components of cantharidin can be well separated. The similarity of the characteristic maps of cantharidin was greater than 0.90 by software comparison. Conclusion: The established method can be used as a map of the characteristics of medicinal Cantharidae.
