目的:探讨酪酸梭菌散剂联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿急性腹泻的效果及对血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素17(IL-17)水平的影响。方法:选取2016年9月至2018年9月郑州大学附属儿童医院消化内科收治的78例急性腹泻患儿,男43例,女35例,年龄(1.16±0.57)岁,年龄范围为6个月至3岁。采用随机数表法将患儿随机分为单纯治疗组和联合治疗组,每组39例。两组患儿均予以补液、平衡水电解质、酸碱治疗,并指导家属调整饮食喂养。单纯治疗组患儿采用酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗,联合治疗组在单纯治疗组的基础上联合葡萄糖酸锌口服液。统计并比较患儿治疗效果及临床症状缓解情况。结果:联合治疗组患儿治疗效果有效率[94.9%(37/39)]高于单纯治疗组[79.5%(31/39)],差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05);联合治疗组患儿大便变稠用时[(2.36±0.61)d]、止泻用时[(1.85±0.54)d]、止痛用时[(1.49±0.64)d]及排便正常用时[(3.47±0.51)d]均短于单纯治疗组[(4.08±0.74)d、(3.27±0.63)d、(2.33±0.70)d、(5.26±0.82)d],差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05);治疗后,联合治疗组患儿的IL-6、IL-17水平[(9.66±2.12)pg/ml、(9.78±2.61)pg/ml]均低于单纯治疗组[(13.66±2.03)pg/ml、(14.73±2.87)pg/ml],差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05)。n 结论:酪酸梭菌散剂联合葡萄糖酸锌方案在小儿急性腹泻治疗上效果突出,可有效改善患儿症状,减轻其炎症反应,从而降低患儿痛苦。“,”Objective:To investigate the effect of clostridium butyricum powder combined with zinc gluconate on children with acute diarrhea, and its effect on serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-17(IL-17)levels.Methods:A retrospective study was performed on 78 cases of patients with acute diarrhea who were admitted in the department of GI Medicine, Children′s Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 2016 to September 2018, including 43 male and 35 female, aged(1.16±0.57)years old, ranging 6 months to 3 years old.Children were randomly divided into the single treatment group and the combined treatment group, with 39 cases in each group.Children in both groups were treated with fluid replenishment, water and electrolyte balance, acid and alkali treatment, and family members were instructed to adjust diet and feeding.The children in the single treatment group were treated with clostridium butyricum powder, and the children in the combination treatment group were treated with zinc gluconate oral liquid on the basis of the single treatment group.The treatment effects and clinical symptom relief of children were counted and compared.Results:The effective rate of the combined treatment group [94.9%(37/39)] was higher than that of the single treatment group[79.5%(31/39)], and the difference was statistically significant(n P<0.05); the thickening time[(2.36±0.61)days], anti-diarrhea time[(1.85±0.54)days], pain time[(1.49±0.64)days], and normal defecation time[(3.47±0.51)days] in the combined treatment group were shorter than those in the single treatment group[(4.08±0.74)days, (3.27±0.63)days, (2.33±0.70)days and(5.26±0.82)days], with statistically significant difference(n P<0.05); after treatment, the levels of IL-6 and IL-17 in the combined treatment group[(9.66±2.12)pg/ml, (9.78±2.61)pg/ml] were lower than those in the single treatment group[(13.66±2.03)pg/ml, (14.73±2.87)pg/ml], the difference was statistically significant(n P<0.05).n Conclusion:The combination of clostridium butyricum powder combined with zinc gluconate has an outstanding effect in the treatment of children with acute diarrhea, which can effectively improve the symptoms of children, reduce their inflammatory response, and thereby reduce the pain of children.
