本文以非典过后杭州旅游市场同日出现两大联合体这一事件为例,结合三年前我国九大彩电生产企业“深圳峰会”事件,以及国内外发生的一些相关的价格卡特尔案件,对价格卡特尔进行了分类,并对各种形式的价格卡特尔的反垄断法规制分别做了分析。
This article takes the case of two major consortia on the same day in the tourist market of Hangzhou after SARS as an example. Combining with the events of “Shenzhen Summit” of the nine major color TV manufacturers in China three years ago and some related price cartels happened at home and abroad, Cartels were classified and analyzed separately for various forms of price cartel antitrust laws and regulations.
