桑色素-铁是一种新的配合物,利用等摩尔连续变化法测定了甲醇溶液中桑色素与氯化铁的配位摩尔比为1∶1,配合物的稳定常数为9×105。采用滤纸片法对桑色素及其铁配合物的抑菌活性进行了研究,发现二者均能够有效抑制细菌的生长,且配合物的活性较好,其中对大肠杆菌的抑制活性最强,金黄色葡萄球菌次之,枯草芽孢杆菌的抑制效果最弱。桑色素-铁配合物对3种细菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为28、34μg/mL和43μg/mL。
Morin - iron is a new complex. The molar ratio of morin to ferric chloride in methanol solution was determined to be 1: 1 by equimolar continuous change method. The stability constant of the complex was 9 × 105. Antibacterial activity of morin and its iron complex was studied by filter paper method. It was found that both of them could effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria, and the activity of the complex was better, of which Escherichia coli had the strongest inhibitory activity. Gold Followed by Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis the weakest inhibition. The minimum inhibitory concentrations of morin-iron complex on the three bacteria were 28, 34μg / mL and 43μg / mL, respectively.
