新疆克孜勒苏柯尔克孜自治州(以下简称“克州”)作为典型的边境旅游地,其区位、资源、经济、社会、民族等均具有一定的特殊性。对于这一高原生态与历史人文环境较为脆弱,深处内陆边境地区的旅游地而言,树立科学旅游发展观,整合克州的旅游资源,最大限度地提高克州的旅游效应,寻求旅游业发展的提升思路和策略具有重要的现实指导意义。本文从克州旅游产业发展演变历程及现状问题分析入手,结合特殊的地域环境,提出跨越式创新驱动、资源整合布局、文化挖掘利用、保障平台构建等开发策略。
As a typical border tourist area, the region, resources, economy, society and ethnic groups in Xinjiang Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture (hereinafter referred to as “Cizhou”) have certain particularities. This article starts from the evolution of the development of tourism industry in Kezhou and the analysis of current situation and problems, and puts forward the development strategies of leapfrogging innovation driving, resource integration and layout, cultural exploitation and utilization and guaranteeing the platform construction in combination with the special geographical environment.
