防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车是煤矿井下重要的辅助运输设备,大型矿井对运输能力和运输灵活性要求越来越高,在WC5E、WC8E的基础上,创新研发了WC10E新一代防爆无轨胶轮车。整体结构上采用变速箱脱桥技术、增加回转支撑机构、加设随车人员座位等一系列改进;对柴油机、变速箱和变矩器组成的动力传动系统做了选型匹配,并校核了制动性能;改正了制造试验过程中出现的问题。井下应用表明WC10E能够满足10 t级运载重要求,运行平稳可靠。
Explosion-proof diesel trackless rubber tire vehicle is an important auxiliary transportation equipment in coal mines. Large mines require more and more transportation capacity and transportation flexibility.
