氯乙烯—醋酸乙烯酯—乙烯醇三元共聚物的GPC标定

应用普适校正方法由测定两个宽分布样品的特性粘度和谱图,对氯乙烯—醋酸乙烯酯—乙烯醇三元共聚物进行了 GPC 标定。根据由标定线和谱图计算的若干样品的特性粘度值与实验值的一致性,证明普适校正线对上述三元胶是适用的。从不同标定线对数均和重均分子量的计算结果以及重复实验的结果表明:当两个宽分布样品的特性粘度相差较大时,标定误差(约为2%)可以小于谱图误差(约为4%),故 GPC 的此种标定方法不仅是简便易行的,而且是可靠的。在标定中得到了氯乙烯—醋酸乙烯酯—乙烯醇三元共聚物在35℃环己酮中的粘度公式为:[η]=2.18×10~(-2)W~(0.715)(单位是毫升/克) The universal calibration method was used to calibrate the vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate-vinyl alcohol terpolymer by measuring the intrinsic viscosity and spectra of two broad-distribution samples. Based on the calibration curves and spectra calculated for a number of samples of the intrinsic viscosity value and the consistency of the experimental value, universal calibration curve proves the above ternary plastic is applicable. The calculation results of the logarithmic mean and weight average molecular weights of different calibration lines and the results of repeated experiments show that the calibration error (about 2%) can be smaller than the spectral error (about 2%) when the intrinsic viscosity of two broadly distributed samples is greatly different 4%), so this GPC calibration method is not only easy and reliable.
