企业竞争日趋激烈,培养人才成为各个企业的重中之重,企业的竞争转化成了人才的竞争。因此,传统的培训模式已不能满足当前需求,可以培养全能型人才的拓展培训应运而生。作为一种新型培训模式,在运行初期势必会出现一些问题以待解决。本文则就目前拓展训练中出现的问题进行概括总结,旨在对这一新模式进行深刻的反思从而得到完善。
Increasingly fierce competition in enterprises, personnel training has become the top priority of all enterprises, business competition into talent competition. Therefore, the traditional training model can no longer meet the current needs, and training for developing all-around talents has come into being. As a new training mode, there are bound to be some problems to be solved in the early stage of operation. This article summarizes the problems in the present extension training and aims to perfect the new model through deep reflection.
