近年来由于血液动力学的研究,血管扩张剂硝普钠用于心血管疾病的治疗日趋普遍,本文就其药理作用与临床应用综述如下。药理作用硝普钠(Sodium nitroprusside,SNP)又称亚硝基铁氰化钠,为淡棕色或暗红色透明结晶粉末,它的主要药理活性成分是硝普基(Fe(CN)_(?)NC)~2,水溶液不稳定,光作用下由三价铁变二价铁而丧失药理活性。硝普基团直接松弛血管平滑肌而扩张小动脉与小静脉,无自主神经调节与直接心肌作用,较均衡地减低心室前、后负荷。作用机理;1、扩张小静脉,容量血管储血增加,回心血量
