目的为了解河南省疾病预防控制系统食品检验资源状况,研究全省疾控系统检验能力建设规划,我们组织对全省疾控系统食品检验资源状况进行调查。方法采用普查法对全省171个疾病预防控制中心进行调查,各地疾控中心按照填表要求如实填写纸质问卷,加盖公章上交,并按网络操作手册按时进行网络直报。结果河南省疾控系统食品检验人员职称构成偏低,高、中级职称人员较少,而初级及以下人员较多,职称结构不合理,年龄和工作年限结构较为合理,市、县区食品检验能力薄弱,难以满足食品安全风险监测工作的需要。结论应继续有计划地引进和培养高层次人才,加强在职人员的培训和人才队伍的建设,政府需加强资金和设备的投入,以保障我省疾控系统食品安全检验的合理、有序、健康发展。
Objective To understand the status of food inspection resources of disease control and prevention system in Henan Province and to study the capacity building plan of disease control and control system in the province, we conducted a survey on the status of food inspection resources in the disease control and control system in the province. Methods A total of 171 disease prevention and control centers in the province were surveyed by census method. Conclusions The government should continue to introduce and train high-level talents in a planned way, strengthen the training of serving staff and the construction of qualified personnel. The government needs to strengthen capital and equipment investment so as to ensure the reasonable, orderly and healthy food safety inspection of disease control system in our province development of.
