针对大型复合调节式齿轮调速装置,研究了勺管位移——工作腔进油——勺管体排油控制系统,推导了调速装置工作腔工作油量计算公式。以某大型齿轮调速装置为例,计算了不同速比下需要的工作油油量,得到了进油控制阀通油面积与速比的关系曲线,给出了勺管体内径计算公式,计算了不同容积率下的勺管口位置等,为大型复合式齿轮调速装置油路控制系统整体设计提供了重要依据。
Aiming at the large compound adjustable gear governor, the displacement control of the scoop - the control system of the oil discharge and the oil discharge in the working chamber was studied, and the formula of working oil in the working chamber was deduced.
