江苏与河北,一个是地处东部沿海的经济强省,一个是虽地处沿海却常常被人们误认为中部地区的欠发达省份。最近,《经济参考报》对此刊发了一篇调研文章。文章认为,与江苏省相比,河北之所以相对落后,缺乏的不是发展条件,而是各级领导干部的理性执政意识。所谓理性执政,是指不要轻率行事,感情用事,不搞短期行为、表面文章、形式主义,不要大起大落、后院失火搞内讧,说直白一点就是切实尊重客观规律,不要为了个人私利而胡
Jiangsu and Hebei. One is an economically strong province located on the eastern coast. One is an underdeveloped province that is often mistakenly identified as a central region though its coastline. Recently, “Economic Information Daily” published a research article. The article holds that, compared with Jiangsu Province, Hebei is relatively backward. What is lacking is not the conditions of development but the rational ruling consciousness of leading cadres at all levels.
