我科对急性感染性神经根炎(GBS),有呼吸肌麻痹和球麻痹的重症病例,在实行气管切开使用人工呼吸机以前的病例全部死亡,病死率为100％。自1979年1月～1986年8月对重症的123例,全部施行了气管切开,其中105例使用呼吸机辅助呼吸,存活75例,死亡30例,病死率为28.6％,现报道如下。临床资料一、一般资料 105例中男85例,女20例,男、女为4.3:1。发病年龄为11个月～14岁,其中以4～7岁多见,共48例,占45.7。—
