目的 掌握2009年湖北省血吸虫病监测点疫情状况。方法 按照《湖北省血吸虫病监测方案》的要求,在全省血吸虫病流行区选择有代表性的207个流行村作为监测点,开展人畜查病和钉螺调查。结果 207个监测点居民感染率为1.30%,耕牛感染率为1.64%,活螺平均密度为0.49只每0.1 m2,感染螺平均密度为0.0007只每0.1 m2,钉螺感染率为0.14%。结论 2009年湖北省血吸虫病疫情得到了有效控制,但大量耕牛敞放,传染源控制难度较大,为防止疫情反弹,必须加强耕牛管理,落实洲滩禁牧、以机代牛等政策。
Objective To understand the epidemic situation of schistosomiasis surveillance in Hubei Province in 2009. Methods According to the requirements of “schistosomiasis monitoring program in Hubei Province”, 207 representative endemic villages were selected as the monitoring points in the endemic areas of schistosomiasis in the province to carry out the investigation of snails and snails. Results The infection rate was 1.30%, the cattle infection rate was 1.64% at 207 monitoring sites, the average density of live snails was 0.49 per 0.1 m2, the average density of infected snails was 0.0007 per 0.1 m2, and the snail infection rate was 0.14%.
