采用生物质还原焙烧的方法实现鄂西某髙磷赤铁矿磁性转化并有效脱磷,再通过动态磁选的方法回收铁精矿。研究确定了生物质用量、焙烧时间、焙烧温度等条件对赤铁矿的磁转化率及脱磷率的影响,并确定了磁选转速、磁选时间等选矿参数。结果表明当生物质用量为铁矿的20%,焙烧温度为650℃,焙烧时间为40min,动态磁选转速为600r/min,磁选时间为40min时,铁品位达到64.05%,脱磷率达到65.64%。
The method of biomass reduction roasting can realize the magnetic conversion and the effective dephosphorization of a certain Phosphorus hematite in western Hubei, and recover the iron concentrate by dynamic magnetic separation. The effects of biomass dosage, calcination time and calcination temperature on the magnetic conversion and dephosphorization rates of hematite were studied. The parameters of magnetic separation speed and magnetic separation time were determined. The results showed that when the amount of biomass was 20% of iron ore, the calcination temperature was 650 ℃, the calcination time was 40min, the dynamic magnetic separation speed was 600r / min and the magnetic separation time was 40min, the iron grade reached 64.05% 65.64%.
