Objective To analyze the changes of serum homocysteine (hcy), IMA, hs-CRP and copeptin and the severity of acute cerebral infarction (ACI) Relevance. Methods From May 2016 to April 2017, 35 patients with ACI admitted to Peony County People’s Hospital were selected as the observation group. Twelve patients with mild injury were divided into mild subgroups and 12 moderately injured patients were divided into Moderate subgroup, severe injury in 11 patients were divided into severe subgroups; 35 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. The levels of serum hcy, IMA, hs-CRP and copeptin in the two subgroups were detected and the levels of serum hcy, IMA, hs-CRP and copeptin in different subgroups were compared. The levels of hcy, IMA, Sex. Results The levels of hcy, IMA, hs-CRP and copeptin in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P <0.05). The levels of serum hcy, IMA, hs-CRP and copeptin in the mild subgroup were lower than those in the control group The levels of serum hcy, IMA, hs-CRP and copeptin in the moderate and subgroups were significantly lower than those in the severe subgroups (all P <0.05) There was a positive correlation between the level and the severity of ACI (P <0.05). Conclusion Serum levels of hcy, IMA, hs-CRP and copeptin are significantly correlated with the severity of ACI. They all increase with the severity of ACI and may be used as an index to evaluate the severity of ACI.
